Alex van Haaren

Alex Van Haaren currently serves as the Adventure Cruising Program Manager and Captain at Barton & Gray Mariners Club since May 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Captain at I’m Heading Out LLC and as Deckhand on various yachts, including SY Tamsen and SY Georgia. Additionally, Alex has worked in sales and operations, including positions as Inside Sales Representative at Marine Technology International and Calgreg Electronics, and Operations Manager and Sales Manager at Guitar Center. Alex holds a degree from the University of Rhode Island - College of Business, with earlier education completed at Bishop Hendricken High School.
