Devon Kinsman

Devon Kinsman is a skilled Project Engineer at Barton & Loguidice since June 2019, with experience in all phases of bridge replacement projects, from preliminary scoping to final design and field inspection. In addition to engineering, Devon has served as a Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, and Lifeguard Instructor for the City of Syracuse and Penfield Department of Recreation, where teamwork, leadership, and communication skills were honed.
