Jayme Breschard

Jayme Breschard, AICP, CFM, serves as the Senior Managing Community Planner and Climate Action Specialist at Barton & Loguidice since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jayme held various positions including Senior Project Manager at Bergmann and Senior Planner at G/FLRPC, contributing to regional planning efforts across Western New York. Jayme's experience also includes environmental planning at Inter-Science Research Associates, LLC, and GIS analysis at Dewberry, where contributions were made to FEMA programs during natural disasters. In addition to planning, Jayme has been a certified Group Fitness Instructor at the YMCA of Greater Rochester since August 2008, facilitating exercise activities for diverse populations. Jayme holds a Master’s degree in Historic Preservation Planning from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Historic Preservation from the University of Mary Washington.
