Kevin Rammo

Kevin Rammo is an experienced professional in the mechanical engineering and preconstruction field, currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction - Mechanical at Barton Malow since July 2007. In this role, Kevin oversees the planning and preparation of all building phases up to commencement, focusing on budget estimates, value engineering, and estimate reviews. Prior to this, Kevin worked as a Senior Mechanical Estimator, supporting various market niche projects in construction management, design/build, and hard dollar estimating across multiple sectors, including healthcare, education, and industrial. Kevin's career began at MAPCO Company in Abu Dhabi, where roles included Mechanical Estimator and Project Mechanical Engineer from November 2002 to November 2006. Educationally, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in HVAC from the University of Technology, completed in 2002.
