Zach Miller

Zach Miller is a seasoned professional in human resources with a diverse background in talent acquisition and community engagement. Currently serving as a Talent Partner II at Barton Malow since December 2021, Zach has also held roles such as Human Resources Specialist II and Human Resources Generalist I within the same company, where the focus is on innovative construction projects across various market specialties. Prior to Barton Malow, Zach worked as a Recruiter at EctoHR, Inc., specializing in HR outsourcing and consulting, and as an Outreach and Engagement Intern at Allen Neighborhood Center, assisting with healthcare enrollment and community support initiatives. Zach's early experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Metalworks Inc., centered on recruitment and employee data management, as well as a Sailing Instructor role at Ludington Youth Sailing School, where over 300 students were taught sailing skills. Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Capital & Society, complemented by a Minor in Leadership of Organizations from Michigan State University.
