T. Chad Barron

T. Chad Barron has a diverse work experience with a focus on finance and accounting within the automotive industry. T. Chad joined Bartow Ford Company in 2003 as an Aftermarket Sales/Delivery Coordinator and gradually progressed to the role of Chief Financial Officer. In their current role, they oversee all financial aspects of the dealership, manages cash flow, analyzes reports, negotiates contracts, and advises on cost savings. T. Chad also handles tasks related to insurance, audits, and procedural efficiency. Before becoming CFO, Barron served as a Controller and Assistant Controller, gaining expertise in various accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, warranty administration, and financial reporting. T. Chad also worked as a Finance Director and Finance Manager at Bartow Ford Company. Additionally, Barron has experience as a Secretary Treasurer at Secured Assurance Warranty, Inc. and briefly worked in sales at Sears Home Improvement Products. T. Chad began their career as a Title Clerk at Bartow Ford Company, auditing deal jackets and organizing documentation.

T. Chad Barron attended Polk State College in 2015-2016 and studied Accounting and Business/Management. In 2004-2005, they studied Business Management at Hillsborough Community College. In 2002, they studied Pastoral Studies at Liberty University. T. Chad completed their high school education at Durant High School from 1998 to 2002. In 2014, they returned to Polk State College to study Accounting. Additionally, they obtained multiple certifications including Dealer Academy Graduate from the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) in 2024, Leadership Polk Class XV from Polk Vision, Inc. in 2022, Certificate of Completion from Engage Serves in 2019, Professional Development Academy from The Greater Bartow Chamber of Commerce in 2016, Leadership Bartow XV from The Greater Bartow Chamber of Commerce in 2014, and Master Certification Financial Services Manager from Ford Motor Company in 2008.
