Lakisha Skrine

Lakisha Skrine, MPA, currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Baruch College, responsible for developing and implementing strategic human resource goals aligned with the College's overall Strategic Plan. Prior to this role, Lakisha held various positions including Senior Director of Human Resources at the NYC Department of Education, Program Development Manager at the City of New York's Department of Homeless Services, and Director of Human Resources at the New York City Emergency Management Department. Additional experience includes leadership roles at the NYC Commission on Human Rights, NYC Human Resources Administration, and NYC Department of Buildings, along with earlier positions in human resources at ZAGAT Survey and 61st Street Service Corp. Lakisha holds an MPA in Advanced Management and Finance from Columbia University, a BA in Liberal Arts from The City College of New York, and an AS in Business Administration from LaGuardia Community College.
