Michelle Drayton

Michelle Drayton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in support and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Support Worker at Barwon Health since July 2023, Michelle aids service users after their discharge from acute settings and previously worked as a Project Officer and Admin Support within Mental Health Drug and Alcohol Services at the same organization. As the Business Owner of Treadlite Designs since August 2019, Michelle demonstrates entrepreneurial skills. At the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) from October 2008 to August 2019, Michelle held various leadership positions, including Customer Experience - Project Lead and Acting Senior Manager - Client Services, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and managing large teams.
