Ashley Baer

Ashley Baer is an experienced program and company manager in the performing arts sector, currently serving as Program Manager at Baryshnikov Arts since November 2023. Previous roles include Company Manager and Associate Company Manager at American Ballet Theatre from September 2012 to September 2023, and Executive Assistant to the Executive Director at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater from July 2011 to August 2012. Ashley's background also includes significant experience at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts as Dance Programming Coordinator and Intern, and as an Administrative Assistant for the Department of Theater and Dance at Bucknell University. Ashley holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University and studied Business Management and Anthropology at The University of Auckland.
