Jodi Yanovich

Jodi Yanovich has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jodi is currently the VP People at Base (formerly Crowdvocate), a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, Jodi worked as an Executive & Career Coach at Jodi Yanovich Consulting, starting in November 2018.

From January 2019 to December 2021, Jodi served as the VP of Human Resources at GeoEdge. Before that, they held the role of Head of Human Resources at WalkMeTM from May 2015 to December 2018. In this position, they played a crucial role in establishing the HR department, managing company growth, and reporting to the President & CEO.

Earlier in their career, Jodi worked at Tenengroup Ltd. as a Human Resources Manager from June 2014 to May 2015, where they established the HR department and managed various HR functions. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Sapiens from March 2009 to June 2014, overseeing recruitment, compensation, and benefits.

Jodi's experience also includes working as an HR Business Partner at Voltaire from January 2008 to March 2009, where they managed global and local recruiting and was responsible for various HR processes. Jodi started their career as an HR Assistant at Go Networks from September 2005 to December 2007 and as a Recruiting Project Manager at adam-milo from March 2003 to September 2005.

Throughout their career, Jodi has demonstrated strong leadership skills, establishing HR departments, managing teams, and contributing to company growth.

Jodi Yanovich holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Management focusing on Human Resources. Jodi completed their MBA program at The College of Management Academic Studies from 2008 to 2010. Prior to their MBA, Jodi obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Business Management from The Open University between 2002 and 2006.

Jodi has also obtained two additional certifications to enhance their expertise. In April 2019, they became a certified Career Counselor through BSuccess. Furthermore, in March 2022, they received a certification in Executive Coaching for Human Resources Managers from Yasmin Goren.
