SVP - Customer Engagement at BASE life science

Baptiste Mercier has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Baptiste started their career in 2001 as an SAP Consultant at IBM Global Services and then moved to NNIT as an SAP Consultant in 2002. In 2003, they joined the United Nations as a Project Manager in CRM, and they worked there until 2007. In 2008, they worked as a Project Manager in CRM at SimCorp for a brief period. From 2009 to 2015, Baptiste worked at Novo Nordisk A/S, where they held several positions, including Project Manager CRM, Director of Sales and Marketing Projects and Applications for Region Europe, and VP of Project Management. Currently, they are the SVP of Customer Engagement at BASE life science, a position they have held since 2015. Baptiste Mercier obtained a Master's degree in Computer Sciences (MIAGE) from the University of Lyon, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Baptiste also pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration & Applied Computer Sciences from Fachhochschule Karlsruhe, from 1999 to 2001.
