Luca Morreale

Luca Morreale has extensive work experience in the life sciences industry. Luca is currently the Head of Customer Engagement Practice at BASE life science, where they are responsible for leading the practice across all European countries and overseeing all practice offerings. Luca serves as the ultimate escalation for delivery and is also an active member of the business development team. Prior to this role, Luca was the Head of International Operations at BASE life science, where they focused on enabling the company in countries outside of Denmark and ensuring the delivery of value to life sciences customers. Luca had end-to-end responsibilities from business development to hiring and human resources. Before joining BASE life science, Luca worked at HighPoint Solutions, starting as an Associate Consultant and progressing to various roles including Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, and Senior Manager. During their time at HighPoint Solutions, Luca focused on solving commercial and pricing challenges for life sciences companies through assessment and implementation projects. Luca demonstrated strong leadership abilities and provided training and insights at both the strategy and technology levels to help clients maximize the value of their initiatives. Prior to HighPoint Solutions, Luca gained experience as a Strategy Assistant at Sofinol.

Luca Morreale obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne. Luca attended this institution from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Luca Morreale earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution, attending from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Luca Morreale has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Luca received the Venture Challenge certification from VentureLab in December 2013. Luca has also been certified multiple times by Veeva Systems, including the Vault Certified Admin and CRM Certified Admin certifications. Luca Morreale obtained the Vault Certified Administrator certification from Veeva Systems in May 2015. Luca continued to recertify in various certifications from Veeva Systems, including the Vault Certified Admin and CRM Certified Admin, with recertifications occurring in 2016, 2017, and 2019. Additionally, they obtained the 201 CLM Essentials Certification and the 110 MS CLM Fundamentals Certification from Apttus in March 2018.
