Lucie Magueur

Lucie Magueur has a strong background in consulting and business analysis, with experience in various industries. Lucie started their career at FINANCO as a Communication & Project Management Officer, where they were responsible for internal and external communication tasks. Lucie then joined Thalys as a Product Owner, working on the implementation of the New Loyalty Program. After that, they moved to bpost as a Product Owner, following the SAFe Agile framework and leading projects within the IT department. Lucie then joined Cream Consulting as a Consultant, before moving to ING as a Customer Journey Expert, specializing in CRM Salesforce. Most recently, they worked at Leica Biosystems as an EMEA Salesforce Business Analyst, responsible for gathering and prioritizing business requirements and managing user acceptance testing.
