Marina Calzada Garcia

Marina Calzada Garcia began their work experience in 2019 as a Junior Consultant at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they gained knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and conducted market research on commercialized products. In 2019, they also completed an internship at the University Carlos III de Madrid. In 2021, Marina worked as a Staff at EY until 2022. Additionally, they served as a Data Scientist at BASE Life Science starting in 2022, with no specified end date. Currently, Marina is a member of Nova Talent, a global network of high-potential individuals from various industries.

Marina Calzada Garcia began their education journey in 2014 when they attended IES Cardenal López de Mendoza, where they pursued a Bachillerato degree with a focus on Científico-Tecnológico subjects. Concurrently, they enrolled in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.

In 2016, Marina continued their studies at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering. Marina completed this program in 2020. During their time as an undergraduate, Marina also had the opportunity to study abroad at UNSW for a year in 2018.

Building upon their Bachelor's degree, Marina pursued a Master's degree in Big Data Analytics at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2020 to 2021. This program allowed their to deepen their knowledge in the field of Big Data.

In addition to their formal education, Marina has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they earned a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from Cambridge University Press and a Zertifikat Deutsch B1 from telc GmbH - The European Language Certificates. More recently, in 2021, they acquired Agile Scrum Fundamentals from Udemy. Additionally, Marina has obtained various certifications related to Veeva Vault Platform, including the Vault Platform Associate Administrator in 2023 and the Veeva Vault Platform Associate White Belt in 2022, both through Veeva Training Services.
