Mette Juhl Rasmussen

Mette Juhl Rasmussen has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being a Senior Consultant at BASE life science since December 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Consultant at the same company from April 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining BASE life science, Mette worked at NNIT, where they held several positions. From September 2019 to April 2021, they worked as a Business Consultant, specializing in human-centric aspects of IT strategy and implementation. Their responsibilities included design thinking, innovation, organizational change management, and user experience. Mette also had the opportunity to lead innovation and design projects for the public sector and digital health partnerships. Mette was involved in co-creating a design thinking offering and toolkit.

Earlier at NNIT, Mette was a Delivery Student Assistant from December 2018 to August 2019. During this time, they gained practical experience in the company's consulting services. Mette also served as an Intern from September 2018 to December 2018, where they contributed to the integration of design thinking and user experience design into NNIT's service offerings. Mette's accomplishments in this role included co-developing an innovation framework, conducting user research, and designing user experiences for the department's intranet and external site on NNIT.com.

Prior to their time at NNIT, Mette worked as a Copywriter at Zigna from January 2017 to December 2018. Mette also served as a Research Assistant at EyeReply from January 2018 to July 2018. Additionally, Mette has experience as a Media and Communications student at Danmarks Grundforskningsfond / The Danish National Research Foundation from August 2017 to February 2018.

Mette's work experience also includes a role as a Waitress at Bistro Huks Fluks from June 2014 to January 2018.

Mette Juhl Rasmussen completed their education at Aalborg University. From 2014 to 2017, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Digital Media with a specialization in Information Science. Following that, from 2017 to 2019, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology with a field of study in Information Studies. In addition to their academic achievements, Mette Juhl Rasmussen has also earned several certifications. In March 2020, they obtained the SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Later, in November 2021, they achieved the SAFe® 5 Practitioner certification from the same institution. Mette also holds the Change Management Foundation certification from APMG International, earned in July 2022, and the Change Practitioner certification from Prosci, obtained in August 2022.
