Ian Reudavey

Ian Reudavey is an experienced geologist with a career spanning over three decades in the mining and exploration industry. Currently serving as Group Manager – Exploration and Resources and previously as Geology Superintendent at Base Resources since May 2018, Ian has demonstrated leadership in exploration and resource management. Prior roles include Chief Geologist at Diatreme Resources Limited, where significant contributions were made to the feasibility study for the Cyclone Mineral Sands Project, and Chief Geologist at Premier Minerals Limited, focusing on mineral sands resources in Bangladesh. Ian's earlier experience includes technical services and geological support roles with Consolidated Rutile Limited, Borneo Gold, and various other companies, contributing to significant regional exploration programs and mine geology projects. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from The University of Western Australia.
