Bill Schwartz

Bill Schwartz is a seasoned Solutions Architect at Basecamp Consulting and Solutions LLC since October 2020, bringing extensive experience in both DevOps and technical management roles. Previously, Bill held positions including Lead DevOps Engineer/Technical Manager at Anika Systems and Chief DevOps Engineer/Scrum Master at SemanticBits, where involvement included leading modernization efforts for CMS programs on AWS Cloud and developing CI/CD solutions. Bill also served as Senior Applications Engineer/Team Lead at General Dynamics Information Technology, guiding the integration of automation in application development for the CMS Physician Quality Reporting System. Earlier in Bill's career, roles at SSquared, LLC, DynCorp International, and other firms involved project management, systems architecture, and comprehensive software development efforts across various federal agencies. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and an Associate's degree in Aircraft Systems Technology from the U.S. Air Force University.
