Fan Yang

Fan Yang has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the finance and analytics industry. Starting in 2007, Yang worked at Capital Market Services, LLC as a Forex Analyst & Marketing Associate, where they developed and instructed webinar courses, produced videos and newsletters, and built the company website's education, news, and analysis sections. In 2010, Yang co-founded Market Access Media, LLC, a Forex research and advisory firm, where they successfully grew the business and sold it in 2014. During this time, Yang also built and ran the company website. From 2014 to 2019, Yang worked at WhoTrades, Inc. as an Equities and Forex Researcher/Analyst, providing research on various financial markets and engaging clients with trade ideas. In 2017, Yang joined CoinPowr as a Crypto Researcher and Investor, assessing the crypto space for trends and investment opportunities and providing research and investment ideas to subscribers. Lastly, Yang is currently working at BaseCap Analytics Inc. since 2019 as a QA and Release Manager, responsible for ensuring the success of regular releases, managing test plans and scripts, and implementing test automation.

Fan Yang completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Financial Analysis and Business Development from Baruch College from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2006, Fan Yang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. Fan Yang's secondary education was completed at Stuyvesant High School from 1997 to 2001, focusing on Business/Commerce, General. Additionally, Fan Yang has obtained several certifications, including Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg LP in May 2019, Excel Crash Course from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in May 2019, and Chartered Market Technician from the Market Technicians Association, Inc. in March 2010.
