Hannah de Regt, PMP has had over 12 years of diverse work experience in project management and leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at BaseCap Analytics Inc. since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Redapt Inc. as the Director of Delivery and PMO from April 2018 to December 2019, where they managed a team of 100 consultants and successfully delivered a project portfolio worth $15M+.

Before their role at Redapt Inc., Hannah held positions at Attunix. From April 2015 to April 2018, they served as the Director of Delivery and PMO and was responsible for overseeing project delivery and ensuring quality across a diverse portfolio. During their tenure, the team grew from 2 project managers to 9, and Hannah provided career mentorship and development for 8 project managers. Prior to this, Hannah worked as a Senior Project Manager at Attunix from May 2013 to March 2015, managing large and complex custom development projects in cloud technology.

Hannah's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Associate at PwC Consulting from November 2011 to May 2013, where they provided general business consulting services and SharePoint consulting. Hannah also worked at Allyis from July 2010 to November 2011, serving as a Business Analyst/Project Manager and later as an Account Coordinator, overseeing project delivery teams and supporting business development and service delivery teams.

Hannah de Regt, PMP, holds a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington, which was obtained from 2010 to 2011. Hannah also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Willamette University in 2008, majoring in History and English. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained the PMP certification from PMI in July 2013.
