John Foster is a Principal Scientist at Baseimmune, leading innovative projects across teams and specializing in preclinical molecular biology workflows. Prior experience includes a Senior Scientist role focusing on the development and optimization of computationally designed vaccines, as well as a decade at Barts Cancer Institute, where John served as the Senior Postdoctoral Researcher in RNA biology and Prostate Cancer. Academic credentials include a PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Bath and a BSc(Hons) in Cellular and Molecular Biochemistry from the University of East Anglia. Additionally, John has contributed to the academic community as a Local Ambassador for the Biochemical Society and as an event organizer for the Bath Pharmacology Society.
