Ching-Po Yeh

ADAS Tech Lead at Basemark

Ching-Po Yeh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2015, they worked as an intern at the Industrial Technology Research Institute, where they gained experience in cases analysis and project work related to powertrain systems. In 2016, they joined SIGRA Technologies GmbH as an intern and later became a research engineer, contributing to various research projects. In 2019, Ching-Po Yeh joined BMW Deutsche Motoren as a lead software developer, a role they held until 2021. During this time, they developed expertise in software development and leadership. In 2021, they joined FARobot as a technical project manager, responsible for overseeing project implementation. Currently, they are the ADAS Tech Lead at Basemark.

Ching-Po Yeh's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from National Taiwan University, which was obtained from 2009 to 2013. After that, Ching-Po pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University, which was completed between 2014 and 2016. Later, Ching-Po participated in an exchange program at the Technical University of Munich in 2016 and 2017, focusing on Mechanical Engineering.

In addition to Ching-Po's formal education, there are several additional certifications obtained. These certifications include the completion of the "Functional Safety - ISO 26262:2018" program at TÜV SüD in April 2022. Furthermore, Ching-Po has completed various nanodegree programs from Udacity, including the "Self-Driving Car Engineer Nanodegree" in June 2020 and the "Sensor Fusion Engineer Nanodegree" in May 2020. Additionally, Ching-Po holds a German Driver's License - Class B obtained from Landeshauptstadt München Führerschein in March 2020.

Ching-Po has also completed several specializations and courses. These include the "Self-Driving Cars Specialization" from Coursera in November 2019, the "Data Structures and Algorithms Specialization" in March 2019, the "Deep Learning Specialization" in August 2018, and the "Machine Learning" course in February 2018. Moreover, Ching-Po completed the "Control of Mobile Robots" course from Coursera in March 2014 and obtained the "Certified LeSS Practitioner (CLP)" certification from The LeSS Company B.V. in July 2019.
