  • Leadership alignment: you lead others through a more surrendered, accountable, rested, and generous allocation of resources and power.
  • You’re collaborative-driven, not ego-driven, taking full responsibility for your actions while remaining accountable.
  • You give grace to others through active, thoughtful listening and effective, kind communication.
  • You ruthlessly prioritize, act swiftly and ensure deployed resources drive material outcomes.
  • You’re solutions-driven and attack hurdles with pragmatism and optimism.
  • You believe in shipping beautiful, functional, products while maintaining profitable growth targets.
  • You’re scrappy, and know how to push through adverse conditions with grit and focus.

What you need:

  • Previous tech/startup, digital product experience, or equivalent
  • Strong proficiency in backend web development
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks and orchestration
  • Deep understanding of software engineering principles (quality testing, code reviews, etc)
  • Experience building and deploying serverless SaaS applications
  • Understanding of DevOps, data engineering and infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for innovation and technology

Why Join?

  • Opportunity to work on a high-impact product with a talented team
  • Shape the future of how employees learn and work around the world
  • Competitive salary, equity, and benefits
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies
  • Significant room for growth with a huge success trajectory

The Hiring Process:

We have designed a thoughtful hiring process that allows both sides to comprehensively evaluate the opportunity, while maintaining speed and efficiency. Our hiring approach is as follows:

  1. Initial screening with the founding team
  2. Work on a limited-scope, high-priority project
  3. In-person work session
  4. Join the team and immediately start working on production requirements
