Caleb Pearson

Caleb Pearson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in environmental and agricultural law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at BASF since March 2022, Caleb previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel at CropLife America from July 2020 to March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Attorney Adviser at USDA from October 2016 to July 2020 and as an Attorney at the Social Security Administration and Huron, as well as various law clerk positions at the US Environmental Protection Agency and agricultural firms. Caleb's academic background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University.
