Mafalda Musti

Mafalda Musti has a diverse work experience in the field of health, safety, and environment. MAFALDA started their career in 2012 with a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Aquila.

In 2014, they worked as a scholarship holder at the IRNAS in Spain, where they gained knowledge in Environmental Agrochemistry. MAFALDA conducted research on the formulation of a herbicide based on nanoadsorbents and performed experiments on leaching and HPLC analysis.

Following that, from 2014 to 2015, Mafalda worked as a fellow at the INFN-LNGS, focusing on various aspects of safety in underground laboratories.

In 2015, they worked as a technical consultant at T.Am.Co. s.r.l., where they provided expertise in controlled contamination environments and chemical safety optimization.

From 2016 to 2017, Mafalda served as a senior research technician at IFIC, contributing to the safety, health, and environmental aspects of a large experimental physics apparatus at Canfranc Laboratory in Spain.

In 2017, they briefly worked as an HSE Manager at Marcal Engineering.

From 2018 to 2021, Mafalda joined ALTANA-ELANTAS Europe Srl as an HSE Specialist, responsible for technical, legal, and managerial aspects of health, safety, and environment, including risk assessment and documentation management.

Currently, Mafalda is working at A-Gas as an SQE- Compliance Manager, ensuring health and safety accreditations, quality control, and compliance with external standards.

Throughout their career, Mafalda has demonstrated a strong commitment to safety and compliance, with a focus on environmental and chemical safety.

Mafalda Musti completed their education at the Università degli Studi dell'Aquila. From 2005 to 2010, they obtained a Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria Chimica from the Facoltà di Ingegneria. Following that, they pursued further studies and earned a Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Chimica from the same university, graduating from the Facoltà di Ingegneria in 2013.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Mafalda Musti has also obtained various certifications. These include the Master Gestione Rifiuti-Waste Manager from TuttoAmbiente SpA in June 2022, the Corso per valutatori interni di Sistemi di Gestione Qualità, Sicurezza e Ambiente according to UNI EN ISO 19011:2018; UNI ISO 45001:2018; UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 e UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 from Studio ARES Srl in June 2020, and the Auditor Interno SG certification in March 2018. MAFALDA also holds the HSE Manager certification from Marcal Engineering, which they obtained in June 2017. Additionally, they have completed the Modulo B- RSPP (Art.32, 81/08); Modulo B-SP4 Chimico-Petrolchimico course from AINCOM. Moreover, Mafalda Musti is a certified RSPP according to the Accordo Stato Regioni 7/07/2016, which they acquired through AIFES FORMAZIONE.
