Jorge Chepote

Jorge Chepote is a seasoned professional in the agricultural sector, currently serving as the Global Crop Lead Operations for Cucurbits and Biennials at BASF since October 2023. Jorge's extensive experience includes roles at BASF Vegetable Seeds as the Global Operations Crop Lead for Biennials from August 2020 to September 2023, and a significant tenure at Bayer from 1997 to 2020, where Jorge held various leadership positions including Global Product Manager for Cucurbits and Global Production Strategy Lead for Vegetables.
