Vasileios Komvokis

Vasileios Komvokis is currently the Global Innovation and Evaluation Manager at BASF. Prior to this role, Vasileios served as Technology Manager for Refining Catalysts in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from 2012 to 2018. Vasileios held positions as a Research Assistant Professor at the University of South Carolina and as a Post Doctoral Associate at the same institution between 2009 and 2012. Earlier in their career, Vasileios worked as a Research Assistant at CERTH from 2003 to 2009. Vasileios earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, a Master’s in Chemistry, and a PhD in Chemical Engineering, all from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece.
