Desiree Thomas

Desiree Thomas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the fashion industry, currently serving as CEO for North America at ba&sh since May 2021. Prior to this role, Desiree was the Brand President at 3.1 Phillip Lim, overseeing B2B and DTC sales, strategy, merchandising, and operations across global luxury markets. Previous positions include Global Vice President of Sales at 3.1 Phillip Lim, Executive Vice President of Sales at 10eleven Showroom, and Executive Director of Brands/VP Retail and eCommerce Operations at Nicole Miller, where Desiree was responsible for the launch of eCommerce. With additional roles at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP and Nicole Miller as Global Sales Manager, Desiree has consistently demonstrated expertise in brand development, sales distribution, and strategic operations. Desiree holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Drexel University, earned in 1997.
