Kimberly Basham Scott

Kimberly Scott serves as the Managing Member and CEO of Basham & Scott LLC, a law firm specializing in Rental Car Claims, Subrogation, Business Litigation, and Personal Injury, since June 2005. Prior to this role, Kimberly held positions as Shareholder at Spain & Hastings from October 2001 to June 2005 and as Managing Member at Basham & Scott, PLLC from May 1999 to October 2001. Kimberly earned a Juris Doctor degree with a focus on litigation from South Texas College of Law Houston between 1995 and 1999 and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, expected to complete in December 2027. Kimberly also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Maine, earned between 1989 and 1991.
