In August 2012, Aaron left Cambia to join Patrick Industries as Division Controller. In this role, they were responsible for the finance function of 16 regional business units generating approximately $150 million in annual revenues. Aaron oversaw a team of staff and senior accountants responsible for month-end close, accounts payable, financial analysis, and ERP system implementation. Aaron was also responsible for developing a fully automated financial reporting package that interfaced directly with the new ERP system.

In August 2014, Aaron left Patrick Industries to return to Cambia Health Solutions as Lead Strategic Finance Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for providing data and analysis to support the company's strategic decision-making process. Aaron also managed company-wide insurance and commission programs and was involved in due diligence procedures for potential acquisitions.

Aaron Wieand attended Goshen College where they received their Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance. Aaron then went on to receive certification from the CFP Board as a Certified Financial Planner and certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as a Personal Financial Specialist.
