Reshma Mawji

Reshma Mawji is a seasoned professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Head of People at BasiGo. Mawji has extensive experience in talent engagement and operational leadership, having previously held the position of Talent & Engagement Lead at Amitruck and worked as a Human Resources Consultant at GridX Africa. Additionally, Mawji was the Head of People & Operations at BuildX Studio and served as a People & Talent Consultant for Anzania - A Place for young Eco Change makers. Mawji holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ashesi University, graduating in 2017.
