Amy Williams

Amy Williams has over eight years of varied experience, currently serving as the Leader Support Officer at Basildon Borough Council since January 2015, where responsibilities include personal assistant duties to the Council's Leader. Prior to this, Amy worked at MITIE from September 2012 to January 2015 in roles such as Debt Recovery Officer, Compliance Officer, and Customer Service Advisor, contributing to a team that provided tailored services to Essex County Council. Amy completed an apprenticeship in September 2013 with six diverse placements, which included roles in cleaning, security, and business administration, while also participating in NVQ courses and health and safety training. Early work experience was gained at Escape Hair & Skin Studio in 2011, focusing on client interaction and customer service.
