Paul Burkinshaw

Paul Burkinshaw has extensive experience in local government, having served in various leadership roles at Basildon Borough Council since June 2005, including Director of Strategy and Governance and Monitoring Officer, and Assistant Director of Corporate Services and Monitoring Officer. Prior to this, Paul Burkinshaw worked at East Riding of Yorkshire Council from August 1995 to June 2005 in various capacities. Education includes a Master of Science in Public Management and Leadership from the University of Birmingham (2019-2021), a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Executive Management from the Chartered Management Institute (2017-2018), and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management from Harlow College (2011-2013). Paul Burkinshaw also attended Headlands School in Bridlington from 1990 to 1995.
