Mark Foss

Mark Foss was employed with Basin Electric since 1978. He graduated with B.A. English from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks; J.D. University of North Dakota School of Law and admitted to practice before state and federal courts of North Dakota, 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
