Head of Marketing at Basiq

Victor Leung is the current Head of Marketing at Basiq. Prior to this, they were with Equifax for 3 years, where they led the B2C Product function across A/NZ, had P&L responsibility across multiple business lines, and continued to lead the Group Marketing function for A/NZ across Corporate marketing, B2B and B2C Marketing. Victor also drove the Customer Experience and Customer Insights program across B2B and B2C markets, and oversaw the functions of Bid Management, Pricing, & Deal Management. Their experience also includes paid media, owned media, earned media, web analytics & measurement, brand strategy, and communications.

Victor Leung completed their Masters of Business Administration at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. Prior to this, they obtained their Diploma of Business from the Melbourne Business School. Victor also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney, where they majored in Marketing & Economics and achieved Division I, First Class honours in Marketing (by research).

Victor Leung reports to Damir Cuca, CEO & Founder. Victor Leung works with Jim Basey - Head of Product & Techonlogy, Kate Fama-Lombardo - Head of Customer Success, and Marko Todorovic - Head of Engineering.
