Rajia Sandhu

Rajia Sandhu has a diverse work experience. In 2014, they worked as the Media Director and Finance Director for Bauer Women Society. Rajia then interned at Aon Hewitt in 2016 as a Systems Configuration Specialist. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Vice Chair and Chair of the University of Houston Activities Funding Board. In 2017, they held the position of Director at MIST, and also began working at Alight Solutions as a Setup Configuration Specialist. At Alight Solutions, they later became a Client Technology Analyst & Newhire Program Coordinator from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Operations at BASIS Independent Schools starting from 2022.

Rajia Sandhu attended the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems (MIS). In addition to their degree, they also obtained two certifications during their time at the university. In December 2015, they obtained the Energy Trading Systems: Data Management Solutions Certificate, and in May 2015, they obtained the Ted Bauer Leadership Certificate.
