Sanhita D.

Sanhita D. is a seasoned educator and scientist with extensive experience in both teaching and research. Currently serving as a Subject Expert Teacher in Physics and Math at BASIS Independent Schools since July 2018, Sanhita emphasizes an inquiry-based approach to education. Prior to this role, Sanhita held various positions at SRI International, including Staff Scientist, where significant contributions involved developing an innovative optical manipulation method for lipid bilayers and a droplet microfluidics platform for PCR applications. Previous postdoctoral fellowships at institutions such as UCLA and the University of California Davis focused on advanced imaging techniques and molecular studies.
