Stefanie Lapierre

Stefanie LaPierre is an experienced educator currently serving as a Subject Expert Teacher for 3rd and 5th grade math and science at BASIS Independent Schools since July 2019. Prior to this role, Stefanie held the same position at BASIS.ed, where responsibilities included teaching 2nd and 3rd grade math and science from July 2017 to July 2019. Stefanie's early career included a position as a Librarian Aide at New Britain Public Library from September 2013 to September 2016, and a Special Education Tutor role at Newington Public Schools in early 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Educational Studies from Wheelock College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Central Connecticut State University.
