Blake McKinley

Blake McKinley has accumulated extensive experience in inspection and emergency management since entering the workforce. Currently serving as an Inspector at Basis Partners since December 2019, Blake also holds the role of Emergency Manager with the US Air Force Reserve since December 2018. Prior professional experience includes positions as an Inspector at AECOM from November 2016 to December 2019 and as a Staff Professional at Kleinfelder from May 2013 to November 2016, specializing in quality control (QC) material testing and inspections for soils and structures. Blake holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Colorado State University, earned from 2010 to 2015.
