Andrew Fletcher

Andrew Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Andrew is currently working as a UX Leader / Senior UI Developer at Basis Technologies since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Principal Consultant at Mindtree from 2017 to 2021, where they developed an app for an airline parts manufacturer to track orders. At SAP, they served as a Development Expert Front Line Apps from 2007 to 2017, contributing to the Build project and developing client-side code using Angular. Andrew also worked as an Advisory Software Engineer at IBM from 2004 to 2007, where they managed projects and continued working on the Alphablox software. Andrew began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Alphablox in 1994, and later became a Software Engineer, contributing to the development of the OfficeBlox software. Andrew co-founded Tharstern Ltd in 1984, where they produced software for the administration of a printing company.

Andrew Fletcher attended The University of Manchester from 1981 to 1983, where they studied Computer Science and Mathematics. Andrew did not obtain a degree during this time. In 2015, they also obtained a certification in "shaping-up-with-angular-js" from Code School.
