Laurence Horton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. From 2017 to the present, Laurence has been with Basis Technologies, starting as a Client Executive for renewals and later moving on to roles such as Renewals Manager and Manager of Renewals & Customer Care. In these positions, Laurence was responsible for managing and executing subscription contract renewals, maintaining strong relationships with various departments, negotiating with clients, and providing critical insight and reporting to the executive team. Laurence also had account management responsibilities and worked closely with sales teams to capture customer needs and challenges. Prior to joining Basis Technologies, Laurence had a brief stint at Unilever as an R&D Product Development Local Deploy Assistant, where they focused on product development for savory foods. Laurence also worked as a Sales Assistant at Thorntons from 2014 to 2016.
Laurence Horton completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with a major in Chemistry from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. Laurence studied at the university from 2013 to 2016.
