Ric Delp started their work experience in 1979 as a Utility Manager at Midway Water System, Inc. Ric held this position until March 2000. In the same year, they joined Baskerville Donovan, Inc. as the Water Resource Director/VP.
Ric Delp began their education journey in 1987 at Pensacola Junior College. Ric pursued a field of study in Environmental Science and completed their studies in 1995. Following this, from 1996 to 1998, they enrolled in Kennedy Western University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering.
