Joost de Wit

Joost de Wit is an experienced professional in the sports consultancy field, currently serving as the Head of International Partnerships at TIMT Sport-consultancy since September 2019, where responsibilities include executing PSV Eindhoven’s international strategy to develop a global partnership network. Joost has held various roles including League and Club Development Expert at UEFA, where advice is provided to national associations and football clubs on league development, and as a mentor for newly appointed CEOs at the KNVB/Dutch Football Federation, enhancing their long-term career prospects. Additionally, Joost is a Guest Professor on Leadership & Innovation in Sport Business at the Johan Cruyff Institute and a board member at Basketball Experience NL, promoting wheelchair basketball. Previous roles include CEO at Vitesse Arnhem and RKC Waalwijk and Senior Project Manager at PSV Eindhoven. Joost’s educational background includes an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and participation in the Club Management Programme by the ECA.
