Naira Siverio

Naira Siverio has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Naira founded Hotel Journals in 2021 and currently holds the position of Founder. In 2022, they joined Basking Automation as a Business Development Representative. Prior to that, they worked at H-Hotels.com as a Guest Relations Agent from July 2021 to February 2022. Naira also worked as a Guest Experience Manager and Duty Manager at HD Hotels from August 2020 to February 2021. In 2020, they had an internship as a Deputy Manager at Iberostar Group. Before that, they worked as a Receptionist at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife from October 2019 to January 2020 and at Bahía del Duque as a Receptionist for VIP areas from February 2019 to October 2019. Naira had an internship as a Student at Meliá Hotels International in 2018 and worked as a Receptionist at the same company from September 2016 to April 2017. Their career in the hospitality industry started in 2015 as a member of the Entertainment Team at Bahía del Duque.

Naira Siverio has a diverse education history. Naira completed their Grado degree in Tourism from Universidad de La Laguna, spanning from 2015 to 2019. Following that, they pursued an International Business degree at Deggendorf Institute of Technology from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they enrolled in Universidad Nebrija and completed an Expert Course in Revenue Management and Communication 2.0. Building on their educational background, Naira Siverio furthered their studies at EAE Business School and Ostelea, Tourism Management School, both from 2020 to 2021, where they obtained an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Additionally, they have acquired two additional certifications, including one from RevenueWeek at TuriSCool in March 2021, and another in BPM - BRAND PURPOSE MASTER from the branding method™, to be obtained in March 2023.
