Danielle Henry

Danielle Henry, BSW-MHS, currently serves as an Employee Relations Business Partner at Bass Pro Shops since July 2023 and has been a member of the City of Conway Diversity Advisory Board since December 2020. In this role, Danielle contributes to fostering dialogue among citizens of diverse backgrounds in Conway and developing an action plan that enhances community engagement and cultural appreciation. Prior experience includes serving as the Employee Relations Director and Diversity Equity & Inclusion Officer at Independent Living Services, Inc. from July 2011 to July 2023, and as a Social Worker/Investigator at the Arkansas Department of Human Services from February 2002 to July 2011. Education includes a Master of Arts in Human Services from Bellevue University (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (1996-2001).
