Stephen Crain

Stephen Crain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in student engagement and community building. Currently serving as the Director of Work Culture at Chick-fil-A Restaurants since August 2022, Stephen previously held the position of Director of Student Activities at Hannibal-LaGrange University from July 2019 to August 2022. Prior roles include Resident Director and Resident Assistant at Missouri Baptist University from August 2013 to July 2019, where efforts focused on creating a safe and supportive environment for students. Additional experience includes technical roles in the healthcare field and hands-on positions in facilities maintenance. Stephen holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration and Leadership from Missouri Baptist University and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the same institution.
