Jack Raymondson

Jack Raymondson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience, business development, and operations optimization. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Bastionpoint Technology since May 2025, Jack previously held multiple roles at Tech For Troops, including Director of Business Development and Business Development Manager. Before joining Tech For Troops, Jack owned XR LLC VA, focusing on business consulting and services for the construction industry for over 17 years. Jack's earlier career includes service as an Operations Specialist with the U.S. Coast Guard and various sales positions in telecommunications. Jack's military background includes service in the United States Marine Corps. Jack studied at Richard Bland College and pursued further education in Slavic Languages at the University of California, Berkeley.
