Irinel Alban

Irinel Alban has extensive work experience in project and customer management. From January 2014 to September 2015, they worked as a Senior Delivery Manager at Yonder, where they were responsible for customer satisfaction and delivering quality in long-term engagements. Irinel managed multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating a team of developers, testers, business analysts, and architects. Irinel also identified new business opportunities, maintained communication with customers, and managed project resources. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Levi9 from July 2008 to December 2013, overseeing project execution. From January 2006 to July 2008, they served as a Project Manager at Mind CTI, where they also held the role of Deployment Manager from January 2006 to January 2007 and Support Engineer/Team Leader Support from February 2003 to January 2006. Most recently, they have been working at Basware since September 2015, initially as a Business Consultant/Service Owner and currently as a Head of Global Project & CR Management, responsible for managing global projects and customer relationship management.

Irinel Alban earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași between 1997 and 2001. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1995, Alban attended Lic. de Informatica "Gr. Moisil" Iasi, but did not receive any specified degree or field of study.
