Susan Gardner, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Susan most recently served as the National Director of Human Resources at Basware, a global technology organization, where they strategically managed HR initiatives for North America. Susan is skilled at creating inclusive and positive work environments, which has resulted in numerous awards such as "Great Place to Work" and "Best Places to Work". Prior to their role at Basware, Susan was the Director of Human Resources at Verian, a Basware company, where they had complete oversight of HR operations and strategy for a global technology team. Susan has expertise in team and leadership development, process improvements, recruitment, and talent management.

Susan Gardner, PHR, SHRM-CP has a B.A. degree in English and Communications from Mars Hill University. Susan also holds a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute, obtained in 2010. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP (HR Certified Professional) certification from SHRM.
