Tuomas Ketola has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as a Sales Representative at Dream Broker, where they focused on customer acquisition in the corporate online video communications market. Tuomas then worked at Aktia Kiinteistövälitys, where they held customer service and sales positions and successfully grew seasonal sales. At IBM, they served as a Channel Manager for Security Software and Services Sales, managing strategic partnerships and alliances in Finland. Tuomas also worked as a Sales Specialist and Nordic Sales Graduate at IBM. Tuomas later joined F-Secure Corporation, where they held various roles, including Channel Development Manager, Global, Corporate Cyber Security, Global Sales Development Manager, Enterprise and Channel Sales, and Senior Manager, Enterprise and Channel Sales, Global. During this time, they focused on establishing global inside sales organizations, enhancing customer experience, and promoting cooperation between customer success and sales teams. Tuomas then worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Fortinet, concentrating on managing enterprise accounts in the Finnish market. Currently, Tuomas is working at Basware as a Sr. Manager, Global Corporate Sales, where they focus on building a SaaS sales culture and process and maximizing total contract value. Tuomas will also begin serving as the Business Development Performance Lead, Global, leading a team and driving growth initiatives.
Tuomas Ketola holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku. In addition, they have obtained certification as a Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 3: Certified Associate from Fortinet in August 2020.
