Jeff MacGregor

Jeff MacGregor currently serves as Vice President of Communications, Science at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, where Jeff has been since February 2017, and also holds the position of Head of Communications and Brand at the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub. MacGregor has played a significant role in managing communications for the Biohub's COVID-19 response. Prior to these roles, MacGregor was the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for Meta, which was acquired by the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative in 2017. Earlier in the career, MacGregor gained experience as Associate Creative Director at Ariad Communications, Senior Copywriter at Mirum Canada, and Copywriter at Riddoch Communications. Education includes an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English and Drama from the University of Toronto - Victoria University and a diploma in Advertising Copywriting from Humber College.
